Born in the suburbs of New York City, Pat Beyer, has been inspired by her love of nature. Watching her artist father painting fostered in her a desire to draw and paint and to follow in his footsteps. Pat loves nature's ever changing scenery and loves capturing the beauty of a distant horizon, of mountains, of coastal scenes, all of which transform her palette to the earth tones and sea and sky blues that seem to be her calling. Her classic designs capture memories and evoke nostalgic moments. Her canvas becomes a means of self expression, between herself and her subject. Pat continues to explore with color and style to enrich her canvas with the joy of painting. |
